What you will do

• Collaborate with Financial Partnerships team on technical and solution aspects of partner engagements.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and design solutions addressing partner requirements.
• Work with product and engineering teams to prioritize and resolve product gaps.
• Support post-sales technical management and maintain internal product knowledge.
• Represent solutions engineering at industry events and support internal projects.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom or able to work remotely from there.
• 7+ years experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or product management, preferably in financial services or banking.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with client-focused approach.
• Hands-on experience with API testing, database querying, and SaaS product integration.
• Interest or experience in blockchain and fintech technologies.
• Willingness to travel regularly (up to 25%) for partner and customer meetings.

Nice to have

• Leadership experience managing teams.
• Additional language skills beyond fluent English.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, and Macbook.
