What you will do

• Drive product strategy and define detailed roadmaps for the custody solution, prioritizing client and sales feedback.
• Monitor market trends, best practices, and identify competitive strengths and gaps in the product space.
• Draft business requirements and user stories, interacting daily with software development teams to ensure on-time and at-cost delivery.
• Develop and maintain product marketing and documentation, ensuring API documentation is up-to-date and client-friendly.
• Participate in client meetings, training, and ensure features are understood and adopted for maximum customer satisfaction.
• Support business development by participating in RFPs, leading prospect discussions, and acting as a subject matter expert in client integration projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or a related role.
• At least 2-4 years of experience with a digital asset custody solution.
• Proven track record of defining product strategies and managing product roadmaps from conception to launch.
• Experience working closely with software development teams.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories.
• Demonstrated success in client-facing activities, including product demonstrations, training, and relationship management.
• Familiarity with competitive landscape analysis, market research, and understanding of emerging industry trends.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
