What you will do

• Audit existing design systems and design a unified system adaptable across multiple products and brands.
• Build and maintain core components and their variants, define state and style rules.
• Set up release processes: versioning, changelog, acceptance rules, backward compatibility, migration plans, and checklists.
• Establish and enforce layout standardization: naming conventions, file structure, screen-building principles.
• Run component reviews and layout audits.
• Produce documentation and examples, run workshops, support product teams with adoption and track usage metrics.

Requirements

• 4+ years in product / UX/UI design and 1–2 years building or maintaining design systems.
• Advanced Figma expertise: Variables/Styles, Auto Layout, Variants, Component Properties, library publishing, branching/versioning.
• Ability to design tokens and component architecture for multibrand setups and dark/light themes.
• Strong skills in documentation (guidelines, examples, antipatterns) and team onboarding/education.
• Systems thinking, precision in naming, structuring, and maintaining consistency.

Nice to have

• Experience working with codebases.
• Experience migrating libraries from design tools to Storybook.
• Deep understanding of Figma limitations and how to work around them to ensure library stability.
