What you will do

• Design high-fidelity website layouts, wireframes, and prototypes that are responsive, accessible, and aligned to business goals.
• Use and evolve the design system by creating scalable components and documentation.
• Develop high-quality visual and graphic design materials including marketing creatives and campaign assets.
• Ensure consistency in typography, color, layout, and brand expression across digital and offline channels.
• Collaborate with PM, UX, development, and content teams to align strategy and execution.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to evolving design standards and processes.

Requirements

• Location: KA, IN
• 6+ years of experience in UI/UX and Visual/Graphic Design including design systems.
• Expert proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Portfolio showcasing web design, design system usage, and visual design craftsmanship.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
