What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design process for critical mobile product initiatives from discovery to delivery.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate product strategy into user-centered experiences.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments to validate design decisions.
• Create interaction flows, visual interfaces, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and AI tools.
• Define and evolve the design system ensuring consistency and scalability across mobile touchpoints.
• Provide design documentation and reusable components to support other teams.

Requirements

• Hybrid work setup with 3 days in office and 2 days remote; remote work abroad allowed up to 183 days per year.
• Proven experience designing high-quality mobile app experiences (iOS/Android) with platform-specific knowledge.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills with a systems-thinking mindset.
• Expertise in Figma and design system creation or maintenance.
• Familiarity with UX testing tools like Convert and VWO.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
