What you will do

• Immerse in the product experience and identify user pain points and workflow breakdowns.
• Design and deliver high-impact end-to-end product experiences that improve adoption, engagement, or retention.
• Turn projects into clear design specifications that align teams and customers.
• Research customer needs and influence the product roadmap with data.
• Own and execute a 12-month roadmap of product features and build a reusable component system.
• Raise the overall experience quality by demonstrating clarity, speed, honesty, and customer empathy.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in San Francisco.
• Expertise in Figma and user-centered design methodologies.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills for enterprise and technical product design.
• Experience with AI prototyping and iterative product design cycles.
• Ability to synthesize customer needs, define requirements, and craft elegant visuals.
