What you will do

• Conduct formal procurement processes aligned with project requirements.
• Supervise project financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and internal teams to ensure budget compliance and administrative support.
• Manage financial flows and settlements of grant-funded R&D projects.
• Participate in project audits and prepare necessary documentation.
• Ensure quality and management of project documentation.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid with minimum 2–3 days per week in Warsaw office.
• English: Fluent command required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position.
• Experience with grant-funded project settlements.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Higher education degree.
