What you will do

• Develop and maintain a product roadmap for Sonova’s website and portal initiatives.
• Manage the full lifecycle of small to medium digital projects, including planning, execution, budget, and vendor management.
• Define, prioritize, and communicate project requirements to cross-functional teams.
• Monitor and report on product and project performance using KPIs to senior leadership.
• Continuously optimize digital properties to improve user experience, engagement, and performance.
• Lead workshops and solution design sessions from concept to delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a relevant field.
• Min. 6 years of experience in product or project management, preferably in digital, eCommerce, or web initiatives.
• Proven ability to deliver successful projects on time, within budget, and to specification.
• Independent, proactive work style, able to lead global business/IT projects across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Familiarity with Agile principles and methodologies, with experience using Jira.
• Experience with enterprise software solutions such as SFDC or Adobe Creative Cloud/Experience Manager.

Nice to have

• Experience driving organizational change in digital initiatives.
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Experience with Hybris commerce/content management platforms.
