📍 Remote, working hours aligned with GMT +1 / +2 / +3
Unlimit builds one of the world’s largest proprietary payment infrastructures, integrating 1,000+ payment methods into a single platform. The company enables seamless global money movement for businesses across payments, accounts, issuing, BaaS and crypto solutions.
What you’ll do
— Build proactive talent pipelines across global markets
— Run Executive Search and directly headhunt top candidates
— Conduct first-round interviews and assess top-tier talent
— Manage the full candidate lifecycle and ensure excellent CX
— Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and refine profiles
— Manage job postings and inbound attraction channels
— Maintain ATS data and report on hiring performance
What you bring
— 5+ years of technical recruitment experience
— Proven experience hiring in fintech
— Executive Search background is required
— Strong written and verbal English (B2–C1)
— High attention to detail and proactive, creative mindset
— Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
— Eager to learn and contribute to HR projects
