What you will do

• Lead data enablement initiatives for Operations, driving integrated and value-driven strategies.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align data strategy and execution.
• Develop and promote a federated data operating model and data standards.
• Identify and close capability gaps in data and AI enablement.
• Champion data and AI literacy initiatives across the organization.
• Support strategic themes within the Chief Data Office and related sectors.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or willing to work onsite in Veldhoven, Netherlands
• 15+ years of experience in data, analytics, and AI with leadership in complex global organizations.
• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Strategic and analytical thinker with a pragmatic problem-solving approach.
