What you will do
- Develop and maintain secure, scalable data pipelines using Python, SQL, and Databricks ensuring compliance and technical excellence.
- Integrate Azure AI services and vector databases to enable advanced analytics and GenAI workflows.
- Collaborate with data scientists, prompt engineers, and business stakeholders to operationalize AI models and align solutions with organizational objectives.
- Operate within the Azure ecosystem and Databricks environment for experimentation and innovation.
- Mentor other engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Requirements
- Must be located in the Netherlands.
- Master’s or Doctorate in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar data engineering role.
- Knowledge of LLM architectures and agentic frameworks (e.g., multi-agent orchestration, tool-augmented reasoning).
- Certifications in Azure AI Engineer or equivalent.
- Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
