Salary: €4,516–€6,449 gross monthly for a 36-hour work week, plus a thirteenth month, 8% holiday allowance, and a 10% Employee Benefit Budget.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain secure, scalable data pipelines using Python, SQL, and Databricks ensuring compliance and technical excellence.
• Integrate Azure AI services and vector databases to enable advanced analytics and GenAI workflows.
• Collaborate with data scientists, prompt engineers, and business stakeholders to operationalize AI models and align solutions with organizational objectives.
• Operate within the Azure ecosystem and Databricks environment for experimentation and innovation.
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and innovation.

Requirements

• Must be located in the Netherlands.
• Master’s or Doctorate in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar data engineering role.
• Knowledge of LLM architectures and agentic frameworks (e.g., multi-agent orchestration, tool-augmented reasoning).
• Certifications in Azure AI Engineer or equivalent.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
