What you will do

• Develop and lead AI and data science projects from ideation to implementation ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Guide clients through data-driven transformation using data science, AI, and machine learning techniques.
• Communicate project value effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders through strong storytelling.
• Contribute to proposals and secure new projects and partnerships.
• Implement and integrate AI solutions into client application landscapes.
• Identify and quantify the added value of solutions for clients.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the Netherlands
• Master’s degree in quantitative science with commercial focus (e.g., Econometrics, Industrial Engineering, Data Science).
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in data science, AI, or machine learning.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Strong leadership, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Experience in client interaction, project management, and securing new projects.
