What you will do

• Lead AI architecture, design, and engineering delivery across client engagements.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation of AI/ML solutions from concept to production.
• Establish best-practice engineering ecosystems including CI/CD, automation, and QA methodologies.
• Maintain expertise in modern tech stacks, cloud platforms, and AI/ML trends including LLMs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical requirements into engineering plans.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships providing guidance and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Leeds, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom
• English: B2 level or higher
• Strong commercial experience with AI and ML tools, frameworks, and delivery methods.
• Hands-on proficiency with cloud platforms and full-stack technologies (React, Vue, Flutter, C#, Java, Python, Node, Go).
• Experience with CI/CD tooling, automation, and agile principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
