• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven platform capabilities as part of an orchestration and automation platform.
• Leverage composable frameworks to implement AI capabilities as services or agentic flows.
• Collaborate with experts and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Optimize AI capabilities for high-demand environments ensuring optimal performance.
• Share knowledge within the team and across value streams.

Requirements

• Location: Based in Madrid, Spain
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field with 3-4 years of engineering experience.
• Strong software engineering skills including modular system design, design patterns, and coding best practices.
• Proficiency in Python 3 and experience with Python web frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Experience with AI agents concepts including LLMs, knowledge bases, reasoning, and agent tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps workflows, observability tools, and software architectures.
• English: Required proficiency (B2 or higher)
