What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of Data Science Managers and their teams, fostering a culture of experimentation and measurable business impact.
• Shape long-term data strategy and provide data-driven frameworks to support product thinking and decision-making.
• Champion and mature experimentation, goaling, and evaluation methodologies across teams.
• Collaborate with ML Engineering and Data Engineering to enhance AI/ML strategy and data infrastructure.
• Drive high-impact outcomes through analytical rigor and communicate insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in London, UK
• Experience leading data-driven teams and managing Data Science Managers or Analysts.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to influence product growth and experimentation culture.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, dbt, Tableau, Trino, AWS Athena, and statistical/causal inference methods.
• Excellent communication skills to distill complex analysis for diverse audiences.
