What you will do

• Research, prototype, and deploy Generative AI solutions such as LLMs and embeddings for content generation and audience insights.
• Build end-to-end AI model pipelines ensuring scalability, monitoring, and production-grade quality with MLOps best practices.
• Design robust machine learning models and statistical algorithms addressing key business challenges.
• Collaborate with ML engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to align AI solutions with business needs.
• Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights and model efficacy.
• Continuously learn and experiment with new AI techniques to maintain technological leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on data science experience, ideally in B2C digital products.
• Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with SQL for querying large datasets.
• Experience or willingness to learn data pipeline tools like Airflow and cloud-native patterns, preferably on Google Cloud Platform.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in agile, interdisciplinary teams.
• English proficiency at least B2 level as the working language.

Nice to have

• Experience with experiment design and data visualization/dashboarding tools.
• Familiarity with MLOps and production deployment of AI models.
