What you will do
- Serve as the senior strategic partner to MGM International marketing leadership.
- Translate global theatrical and distribution vision into clear, integrated international media direction and lead strategic rhythms.
- Establish and scale the international media model and team, ensuring markets understand global and local dynamics.
- Oversee all international campaign delivery, ensuring integration across strategy, planning, and activation.
- Build strong, transparent partnerships with global title teams, local market leads, and Amazon internal teams.
- Lead a multi-disciplinary global hub team across strategy, planning, activation, operations, and insights.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading global or multi-market entertainment or theatrical accounts.
- Deep understanding of international media ecosystems and cultural nuances across regions.
- Strong experience navigating matrixed organizations and connecting cross-functional teams.
- Ability to simplify complexity, synthesize information, and guide stakeholders toward clarity.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams, ideally in a global hub model.
- Strong operational discipline and comfort managing high-velocity campaign environments.
