What you will do

• Design production assets, infographics, logos, and UI elements for web and mobile applications
• Create engaging digital experiences using prototyping tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Support and scale the digital design system ensuring accessibility standards
• Collaborate effectively within agile multidisciplinary teams including researchers and content designers
• Communicate designs clearly to developers to ensure accurate implementation
• Apply creative thinking to solve complex visual design problems

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work with minimum 40% presence in UK hub offices
• English: Job posting in English, B2 level assumed
• Demonstrable experience in visual design and digital brand journeys
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
• Experience with design systems and accessibility standards
• Proficiency in prototyping software (Figma) and Adobe Creative Suite
