What you will do

• Interpret and refine business, functional, and technical requirements for solution design
• Develop and enhance Salesforce components including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and integrations
• Collaborate with developers, ETL teams, and Business Analysts to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Troubleshoot system issues and perform root-cause analysis
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile ceremonies
• Stay updated on Salesforce features and best practices

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Preferred certifications: Platform Developer I or II, Administrator, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud
• Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud including data modeling, security, and automation
• Proficiency in Apex triggers, classes, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows, and REST/SOAP integrations
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of governor limits and Salesforce design best practices
