Salary: $158,000–$175,000

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end research studies, including literature review, study design, data analysis, results presentation, and written outputs.
• Write and maintain data analysis code to process, wrangle, and analyze data, along with documentation.
• Write reports, conference abstracts, and manuscripts for a variety of audiences.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, communicating status and timelines to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with communications, marketing, clinical researchers, product, and engineering teams to drive project success.
• Represent researcher input by providing feedback on the development of research solutions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, or economics).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with statistical programming in R and/or Python, with experience executing analysis plans intended for publication within health sciences.
• 3+ years of experience developing research publications or other scientific writing (peer-reviewed manuscripts, conference abstracts, or blogs).
• 3+ years of experience partnering with cross-functional teams and effectively communicating research findings and needs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment to deliver high-quality projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with statistical programming and knowledge of time-series analyses, survival analyses, and longitudinal data analyses.
• Experience with SQL and PowerBI.
• 2+ publications (including conference abstracts), at least 1 as first author.
• Experience translating scientific outcomes into written products for a lay audience.
