What you will do

• Perform analysis, build data models, and deliver dashboards using Google Stack and DBT.
• Provide actionable insights to shape product roadmaps and drive business growth.
• Collaborate with product teams to analyze user behavior and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead analysis of A/B tests and experiments to support data-driven decisions.
• Champion data-driven culture by educating colleagues and supporting data maturity initiatives.
• Support AI-empowered feature development and innovation.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in London with 2 days in office
• 3-5 years experience in analytics roles with proven data-driven impact.
• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, SQL, and dashboarding tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with experimentation and A/B testing tools and interpreting results.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Passion for learning, AI, and experimentation with a growth mindset.
