What you will do

• Invent, implement, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms and systems for agentic AI.
• Develop core natural language processing, generative AI, and LLM model training/fine-tuning with a focus on code development.
• Build prototypes and explore conceptually new solutions.
• Advise team members on machine learning topics and drive delivery of end-to-end modeling solutions.
• Address ambiguous problem areas requiring scientific breakthroughs.
• Drive mindful discussions with customers, engineers, and scientist peers, contributing to technology choices and design approaches.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years building models for business applications.
• Education: PhD, or Master's degree and 4+ years of CS, CE, ML or related field experience.
• Programming: Experience in Java, C++, Python, or related language.
• Expertise: Experience in patents or publications at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences/journals.
• Skills: Experience in algorithms and data structures, parsing, numerical optimization, data mining, parallel and distributed computing, high-performance computing.
• Work Authorization: Must have legal work authorization in the US.

Nice to have

• Experience using Unix/Linux.
