What you will do

• Define and execute software and platform strategy for North American financial services portfolio.
• Lead full product lifecycle from ideation to delivery of scalable, high-performance analytics platforms.
• Partner with technology, data, and analytics teams to ensure product security, performance, and compliance.
• Engage with clients and market to understand workflows and drive product adoption and satisfaction.
• Oversee agile product development and ensure platform reliability and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and develop a high-performing product management team fostering accountability and collaboration.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States
• English: B2 level or higher
• 15+ years in software product management and platform strategy, preferably in financial services or data-intensive industries.
• Proven experience building and scaling cloud-based analytics platforms.
• Strong leadership of large, distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Experience in regulated, data-intensive environments with client-centric product delivery.
