What you will do

• Orchestrate global digital and data transformation programs aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Drive platform thinking by creating reusable data models, pipelines, and governance frameworks.
• Manage program risks, KPIs, and adoption frameworks to ensure effective onboarding across regions.
• Prepare and run strategy workshops, architecture sessions, and hackathons to foster co-creation.
• Identify and prioritize use cases with measurable business impact and scale successful initiatives globally.

Requirements

• Location: Madrid, Spain
• English: B2 or higher required
• 6–10 years of experience in digital transformation, data platforms, analytics, or enterprise architecture.
• Strong expertise in technology and data, program/project management, and communication with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in preparing and running workshops and co-creation formats.
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields.
