What you will do

• Develop and execute a global grants pipeline aligned with corporate priorities including innovation, AI, cybersecurity, and sustainability.
• Map and qualify national and regional funding schemes worldwide relevant to fintech and financial services.
• Lead bid strategy, consortium management, and full lifecycle application delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure proposals are commercially and technically robust and compliant.
• Manage relationships with funding bodies and maintain governance for due diligence and post-award obligations.
• Build metrics, dashboards, and executive updates to track funding success and business impact.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in León, Spain
• English: Proficient English required (job posting in English)
• Experience in grant strategy, bid management, and stakeholder engagement in fintech or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, subsidy control, and funding governance.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex funding applications globally.
