What you will do

• Manage and expand the hirify.global Labs user community of over 9,000 users.
• Collaborate with product and UX teams to integrate community insights into product development.
• Facilitate user feedback collection on ideas, prototypes, and Alpha/Beta product versions.
• Analyze customer feedback and translate it into actionable product insights.
• Communicate survey results and feedback to community members to build trust.
• Identify opportunities to improve user engagement programs.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Westminster, CO, USA
• 2-3 years of experience in user experience, research, or community management.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and user-centered design.
• Experience with research methodologies and feedback tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data and present findings clearly.
