What you will do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architecture designs.
• Lead the design of scalable, secure, and reliable hirify.global-based communication solutions and integrations with third-party applications including AI and CRM.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to implementation teams throughout project lifecycles.
• Act as a top-level technical expert for troubleshooting and resolving complex system design and performance issues.
• Create comprehensive documentation and communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Manage risks and ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in software development, architecture, or unified communications solution design.
• Deep expertise in hirify.global UC and contact center solutions, AI, SIP, VoIP, and network protocols.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Preferred certifications include hirify.global Certified Solutions Architect and cloud platform certifications.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
