What you will do

• Assist in day-to-day management of Affiliate and Partnership channels, including partner onboarding, tracking links, and compliance.
• Identify, scout, and organize potential new affiliates and strategic partners.
• Collect, organize, and report on campaign performance data for optimization.
• Gain valuable exposure to other core User Acquisition channels like Paid Social and Search.
• Document and maintain efficient operational processes for partner tracking, contracting, and payment.

Requirements

• Strong enthusiasm for starting a career in performance marketing, growth, or strategic partnerships.
• A keen interest in working with data, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and the ability to organize and present information clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, suitable for managing email correspondence with external partners.
• A highly organized and detail-oriented approach to tasks, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A demonstrable curiosity about the digital ad-tech landscape and a strong desire to rapidly acquire skills in affiliate management and performance optimization.
