What you will do

• Lead client meetings, workshops, and negotiations, and create proposals for AI/ML solutions
• Analyze customer requirements and develop end-to-end AI and machine learning solutions
• Build, deploy, and optimize production-ready machine learning models and LLM applications
• Create and maintain data processing pipelines including feature engineering and validation
• Monitor model performance, costs, and resource utilization, and establish evaluation metrics
• Mentor team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery

Requirements

• Fluent English required
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with at least 5 years experience in Python development or AI/ML engineering
• Experience with deep learning frameworks, LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and cloud ML services
• Strong foundation in mathematics and expertise in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and ETL pipelines
• Proficiency with version control (Git), Docker, and MLOps practices
• Good communication skills and experience in client communication

Nice to have

• Experience with distributed computing
• Expertise in specialized AI domains like computer vision, NLP, or reinforcement learning
• Knowledge of German language
