What you will do
- Design and execute comprehensive Go-To-Market strategies to accelerate revenue growth and brand awareness in North America.
- Establish and scale company presence at HR industry events, conferences, and communities in North America.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, podcasts, YouTube, PR, events, and content).
- Partner with internal and external creators to produce compelling content, thought leadership, and case studies.
- Monitor marketing KPIs, track ROI, and adjust strategies in real time for maximum impact.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to align messaging and drive conversions.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of progressive experience in B2B SaaS marketing in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Proven track record of building and scaling Go-To-Market and demand generation strategies targeting North American markets.
- Strong background in event marketing and community-driven growth within North America.
- Hands-on experience leveraging social media, podcasts, and YouTube for brand awareness and lead generation.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, and PR.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in marketing analytics and performance tracking.
- English: C2 fluency required.
