What you will do

• Support Co-CEOs and Management Circle in strategy and business prioritization.
• Lead and accelerate cross-functional projects ensuring company-wide initiative success.
• Establish management routines and optimize processes for operational excellence.
• Prepare key communications, CEO presentations, and strategic briefings.
• Analyze complex issues and provide concise reports for informed decision-making.
• Act as trusted advisor and diplomatic point of contact for Co-CEOs.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Munich or able to work onsite.
• Outstanding academic degree in technical or management field.
• At least 2 years experience in startup, VC, or top-tier strategy consulting.
• Strong communication skills and executive presence.
• English and German language proficiency at C1/C2 level.
• Organized, solution-oriented working style with ownership mindset.

• Experience with agile methodologies.
• Startup or VC environment experience.
