What you will do

• Own cross-channel messaging across email, push, and in-app, creating automated onboarding, engagement, activation, and win-back flows.
• Utilize AI tools and Braze automation to personalize communication at scale and build trigger-based, real-time user journeys.
• Define user segments and lifecycle stages, continuously refining segmentation using behavioral and predictive data within Braze Canvas.
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, send time, and channel mix, analyhirify.global results to iterate quickly and improve key metrics.
• Analyze channel performance and share insights with product and growth teams, collaborating closely on message assets and logic while maintaining brand voice.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Braze (Canvas, Liquid, segmentation, analytics).
• Highly data-driven with experience running experiments and analyhirify.global results.
• Comfortable working with AI tools for content and optimization.
• Skilled at building automated, scalable messaging flows.
• Excellent communicator with strong project management habits.
• Passionate about fitness, health, and user motivation.
