Business and Data Analyst (Fintech, Platform Solutions): Supporting multiple projects focused on technical implementation, client integration, and data delivery within the financial services industry with an accent on managing complex data workflows and platform configurations. Focus on identifying and developing custom features for new partners, designing and implementing unique platform workflows, and ensuring secure and efficient data transfer via SSO, SFTP, and ETL setups.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days remote)

What you will do

• Manage technical implementation and configurations for client launches, translating business and functional requirements into platform configurations.
• Lead platform configurations to achieve client business outcomes and Target Operating Models.
• Manage SSO, SFTP, and ETL setups, ensuring secure and efficient data transfer.
• Work with complex data models and large datasets, performing data acquisition, manipulation, and analysis using SQL, Python, and Excel.
• Validate and transform data from multiple sources, defining and implementing basic ETL pipelines leveraging AWS services.
• Guide clients in workflow design, process definition, and manage test case execution for successful client onboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Science, Software Engineering, Business Analytics, Mathematics/Statistics, Engineering, or a related technology/data field.
• 6+ years of work experience in business integration or project technology implementation.
• Experience with technical platform integration in the Financial Services industry.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
• Familiarity with AWS services and basic ETL pipeline design.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are a must.

Nice to have

• Advanced degrees (Master’s or MBA).
• Experience in analyzing system workflows and business process flow.
• Portuguese language knowledge.
