What you will do

  • Develop vision and strategy for the digital acquisition journey based on data and customer insights.
  • Create and implement a robust experimentation framework and self-service tools for commercial stakeholders.
  • Align roadmap and collaborate with product, tech, commercial teams, and external partners to drive acquisition growth.
  • Lead discovery methodologies and user research to inform product decisions.
  • Prioritize and define requirements for Scrum teams to deliver digital solutions improving traffic and conversion.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid role based in Amsterdam, Netherlands
  • Minimum 2 years experience in B2C digital acquisition or conversion optimization with measurable impact.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, analytics, and engineering collaboration.
  • Ability to articulate product vision, influence stakeholders, and prioritize initiatives based on data.
  • Analytical mindset with passion for experimentation and optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable with ambiguity.

Nice to have

  • Experience with headless architecture and modular tech landscapes.
  • Background in energy or sustainability sectors.
