What you will do
- Develop vision and strategy for the digital acquisition journey based on data and customer insights.
- Create and implement a robust experimentation framework and self-service tools for commercial stakeholders.
- Align roadmap and collaborate with product, tech, commercial teams, and external partners to drive acquisition growth.
- Lead discovery methodologies and user research to inform product decisions.
- Prioritize and define requirements for Scrum teams to deliver digital solutions improving traffic and conversion.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid role based in Amsterdam, Netherlands
- Minimum 2 years experience in B2C digital acquisition or conversion optimization with measurable impact.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, analytics, and engineering collaboration.
- Ability to articulate product vision, influence stakeholders, and prioritize initiatives based on data.
- Analytical mindset with passion for experimentation and optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable with ambiguity.
Nice to have
- Experience with headless architecture and modular tech landscapes.
