What you will do

• Define and own the long-term strategy and roadmap for Medido hardware and firmware.
• Lead end-to-end product development from concept to launch.
• Partner with R&D, cloud software, and commercial teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Manage the full hardware product life-cycle, including version transitions and performance improvements.
• Drive customer satisfaction and competitiveness through data-driven insights and continuous improvement.
• Ensure readiness for international expansion by aligning operational processes and supply chain.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years in hardware product management roles or related experience.
• Proven track record of successfully managing hardware product development from conception to launch.
• Demonstrated ability to use analytics, customer feedback, and market insights to inform product decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across functions.
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands and hold valid EU work authorization.
