TL;DR
Business Analyst (ERP): Supporting the implementation of the ROCKs program in EG.D, particularly in construction and operation, with an accent on analyzing AS-IS and designing TO-BE states, including creating process maps and models in BPMN, UML, and ArchiMate. Focus on converting business requirements into clear specifications for IT and architects, and participating in the creation of business cases.
Location: Brno, Czech Republic. Combination of workplace / home office.

What you will do
- Support the implementation of the ROCKs program in EG.D, especially in the area of construction and operation.
- Conduct AS-IS analysis and design TO-BE states, including creating process maps and models in BPMN, UML, ArchiMate.
- Prepare specifications for the development and integration of peripheral applications, including functional and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with central teams and actively participate in workshops, Fit-GAP analyses, and architectural discussions.
- Convert business requirements into understandable specifications for IT and architects.
- Participate in the creation of business cases, analysis of benefits, impacts, and return on investment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a business analyst, consultant, or architect.
- Experience with the analysis and design of IT solutions.
- Knowledge of integration technologies (REST, SOAP), experience with interface design is an advantage.
- Knowledge of some modeling languages (BPMN, UML, ArchiMate) and experience working with tools such as Enterprise Architect, JIRA, MIRO, or Confluence.
- Basic knowledge of the principles of business architecture (e.g., TOGAF).
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, ability to negotiate and present.
- English language proficiency.
- University degree in a technical field.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the energy sector, especially in the area of construction and operation.
- Experience with similar harmonization initiatives.
- Ability to lead workshops, facilitate discussions, and create outputs independently.
