Location: 100% remote within Spain

What you will do

• Derive actionable insights from data and translate them into recommendations.
• Lead end-to-end BI projects and act as main contact for internal stakeholders.
• Create, automate, and visualize reports for management and local teams.
• Develop and maintain a global database and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Build prediction and classification models using Python or R when independent in the role.
• Work daily with Redshift, Git, Tableau, and Airflow.

Requirements

• Must be located in Spain for remote work.
• Strong experience with SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Experience in statistical modeling and descriptive statistics.
• Ability to partner with internal stakeholders and lead BI projects.
• Very good business English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Python or R and willingness to expand skills.
• Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce or Hubspot.
• Degree in Economics, Statistics, Econometrics, or related field.
