Remote Customer Service Representative | HedgX
HedgX, a fast-growing global provider of dealing, bridge, and risk-management services for brokers and prop firms, is expanding its operations and looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our remote team.

🔹 Position: Customer Service Representative (Remote)

💼 Key Responsibilities
• Handle and resolve client requests across email, Telegram, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Act as the communication bridge between clients and internal HedgX teams (Risk, Tech, Dealing, CRM, Finance).
• Track, escalate, and follow up on open client issues to ensure timely resolutions.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and client satisfaction at all times.
• Assist with onboarding coordination and general operational support.
🧩 What We’re Looking For
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Previous customer support or account coordination experience (fintech or brokerage industry is a plus, but not required).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.
• Fast learner with a client-first mindset.
