• Understand customer business drivers and decision-making processes to align technology solutions.

• Partner with account managers and channel partners to create seamless customer experiences and drive revenue.
• Lead evaluations, benchmarks, and system configurations.
• Deliver technical product and architecture presentations to secure client commitments.

Requirements

• Pre-sales experience is required.
• 3+ years’ relevant experience in technology, design, and communications.
• Ability to rapidly learn complex concepts and adapt to evolving technologies.
• Understanding of multi-tiered client/server and web-based computing solutions architecture.
• Previous experience with Linux, NFS file systems, and Linux distributed network environments.
• Strong knowledge of digital transformation to Cloud Native architecture, On-Prem, Public Cloud, Provisioning Automation, and Containers.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting sales of enterprise storage, networking, systems, cloud, or software.
• Familiarity with modern web architecture (LAMP stack, microservices, AWS well-architected framework).
• Familiarity with storage-intensive applications like SQL and Oracle databases.
