What you will do

• Architect, design, and deliver core components of the Demo data and platform stack focusing on automation and maintainability.
• Lead technical discussions, set engineering standards, and support high-quality coding practices.
• Drive design and implementation of automated testing strategies and validation frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product Manager to shape roadmap and define acceptance criteria.
• Diagnose and solve complex performance and reliability issues.
• Mentor engineers and foster knowledge sharing and team growth.

Requirements

• Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.
• Senior level backend software engineering experience with strong system-level programming skills; Rust knowledge is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Ansible, and AWS.
• Experience with relational databases and modern cloud architectures including ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, microservices, Kafka, Kubernetes, Helm, and nix environments.
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and foster a strong team culture.
• Background in agile environments and experience mentoring engineers is a plus.
