What you will do

• Develop and evolve QA processes and testing strategies including manual, automated, load, and stress testing
• Lead, scale, and mentor the QA team, supporting hiring and individual development plans
• Define and execute the long-term QA vision and roadmap
• Participate in release planning and quality control across all SDLC stages
• Implement new testing tools and CI/CD practices, conduct code reviews for automated tests
• Collaborate closely with engineering, DevOps, and product teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of QA experience including 2+ years in a lead or senior role with people management
• Experience managing remote teams
• Strong knowledge of functional, regression, integration, E2E, load, stress, UI/UX, and usability testing
• Test automation skills using TypeScript and knowledge of CI/CD
• Understanding of web architectures, HTTP, REST, JSON, and SQL
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills

Nice to have

• Experience with microservice architecture
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana and Prometheus
