TL;DR

Associate Game Designer (Racing): Designing and implementing in-game events and live content for the CSR Racing franchise with an accent on game balancing and feature iteration. Focus on collaborating with cross-functional teams to evolve game vision and player experience.

Location: Hybrid, working 3 days per week in the London office and remaining days at home.

What you will do

  • Design and iterate on new and existing game features and systems.
  • Plan and author in-game content, including events, multiplayer competitions, and rewards.
  • Document designs and ideas using text, flow diagrams, tables, and mockups.
  • Organize and participate in playtesting to iterate and improve game features.

Requirements

  • Eagerness to solve problems and learn.
  • Interest and engagement with games, technology, and industry trends.
  • Strong self-motivation.
  • Fascination with design principles.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and willingness to understand other cultures.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of game design principles.
  • Good command of written language.
  • Experience with game engines like Unity.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as C#, Python, or JSON.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and other office suite software.
  • Interest in cars and car culture.
