What you will do

• Craft scenarios with level designers and writers to deliver quality narrative and story beats.
• Take ownership of gameplay dialogue implementation.
• Ensure consistency of voice, tone, and theme across the project.
• Create and maintain design documentation and write specifications for new narrative features.
• Provide constructive critique of others’ work.
• Drive the narrative across multiple disciplines.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience as a narrative, gameplay, or level designer focusing on implementing narrative and systems.
• Excellent understanding of interactive storytelling.
• Ability to address and incorporate creative feedback effectively.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication, documentation skills, and the ability to convey abstract concepts.
• Extensive knowledge of Unreal.
• Work format: 12-month fixed-term contract.
• Location: Fully remote within the UK.
