What you will do

• Lead and inspire a team of game designers, ensuring the overall game vision.
• Own the quality of features, from concept to measurable results.
• Contribute to strategic planning, KPI, and roadmap development.
• Analyze player behavior and develop the game's internal economy and monetization systems.
• Collaborate closely with the producer, art department, and development team.
• Develop processes within the game design team, including planning, reviews, and growth.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Lead Game Designer.
• Proven experience working on Match-3 or other casual game projects.
• Strong understanding of the F2P gaming market and current industry trends.
• Experience creating game documentation and familiarity with analytics tools.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher
