What you will do

• Lead requirements discovery sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear and structured documentation.
• Create models and analysis using UML, workflows, and data diagrams.
• Support solution design and ensure requirements are understood across teams.
• Facilitate communication between business users, architects, and developers.
• Contribute to impact assessments and change discussions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the EU, including Poland or Warsaw.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in business analysis or similar roles.
• English proficiency at B2-C1 level.
• Certification such as CBAP (IIBA), OMG Certified UML Professional Advanced, or equivalent.
• Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, and modeling techniques.
• Excellent communication and structured problem-solving mindset.
