Location: 100% Remote work or office in Gdańsk

Salary: 900–1050 PLN net / day

What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and refine new features.
• Evaluate feasibility, clarify ambiguous requirements, and ensure expectations are clearly communicated.
• Work with developers to size tasks and support prioritization decisions.
• Break down high-level business needs into actionable technical tasks.
• Own the full lifecycle of a feature: requirements, detailed specifications, QA acceptance criteria, and readiness for deployment.
• Prevent scope creep by managing and controlling changes.

Requirements

• Ability to document requirements in a clear, developer-oriented manner.
• Strong capability to break down large features into detailed, manageable tasks.
• Skill in evaluating business value and identifying key beneficiaries of each feature.
• Background or exposure to software development; ability to understand code at a high level is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills within a distributed team; collaborative, proactive, and open to pair work.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
