What you will do

• Lead the architectural unit, shaping and securing architectural direction.
• Manage key architectural deliveries and support lead architects.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives across If.
• Recruit, coach, develop, and support employees within the unit.
• Ensure strong relationships and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Lead technology transformations with modern, cloud-based architecture.

Requirements

• English: B2 required.
• Experience working with and driving architecture, including leading other architects.
• Background as a developer with strong technical experience, upkept over time.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft technologies and public cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Experience as an architect with development of distributed systems in a complex enterprise setting.
• Previously held a manager position with personnel responsibility.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to secure common direction.
• Interest in the Insurance motor business.
