What you will do

• Design and approve hirify.global Cloud architecture strategies and solutions for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee the development of hirify.global-based features and services, ensuring alignment with best practices and performance standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to implement scalable, high-performance hirify.global Cloud solutions.
• Lead a team of 30+ engineers, fostering collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.
• Act as the primary technical advisor and mentor for teams, promoting hirify.global best practices and advanced use cases.
• Drive the adoption of innovative and AI/ML integrations into production-grade cloud systems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall experience in software engineering, distributed systems, or large-scale infrastructure design.
• 5–7 years as a Cloud Architect, Principal Engineer, or Technical Leader, owning large-scale cloud solutions.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, including architecture design and cost optimization.
• Deep expertise in public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Kubernetes.
• Proven experience with microservices and event-driven architectures, including asynchronous communication patterns and message-based systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor large engineering teams (30+ engineers).

Nice to have

• Strong knowledge of databases, preferably with hands-on experience in hirify.global or other in-memory data technologies.
