What you will do

• Partner with leadership to set strategic priorities and lead governance cadences such as OKRs and business reviews.
• Align cross-functional teams including Product, Tech, Design, Production, Analytics, and QA to business goals and improve delivery predictability.
• Lead evolution of operating models to improve prioritization, decision-mahirify.global, and resource allocation.
• Drive automation and AI adoption in collaboration with Tech and Product leaders.
• Build feedback loops to enhance team health, culture, and internal communications.
• Manage and develop a Senior Operations Specialist to support organizational growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an operations leader in games, consumer tech, or digital industries.
• Strong skills in cross-functional planning, governance, and business operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with organizational change, automation, and AI-driven process improvements.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence at senior leadership levels.
