What you will do

• Develop and execute corporate strategy aligned with company mission and growth objectives
• Advise leadership on market trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging opportunities
• Lead cross-functional strategic programs driving innovation and operational excellence
• Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic alliances and partnerships
• Represent the company at industry events to enhance visibility and influence
• Line manage and develop the Community Champion, fostering a high-performance culture

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to visit Cambridge, UK office as needed
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in business, strategy, or related field
• Proven experience in strategic leadership, alliance management, or business development in software or technology sectors
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel internationally as required
• Experience leading teams and managing direct reports
